Clear off your desk by sorting things into piles of “Do, Dump, Delegate.” It helps keep everything simple, so you don’t get overwhelmed with a messy desk.
Take time to wrap up the previous week by entering profile cards into your customer base, file any papers you may have accumulated, organize your mileage, income and expenses.
Fill out your weekly accomplishment sheets today with everything that happened last week! Submitting these to your director every week keeps you accountable to her and to yourself!
Fill out your weekly plan sheet and print 7 daily plan sheets. Don’t forget to schedule time for booking, coaching, customer follow up, and team building appointments.
Take some time today to add 5 new bookings to your date book for this week. Aim for these kind of appointments:
(1) Invite ladies to our customer appreciation event on Saturday
(2) Facials
(3) parties
(4) team building appointments using our sharing survey link
(5) on the go selling appointment.
Prepare for the upcoming week by getting hostess gift ready, make up mirrors, put together hostess and recruiting packets, refill your warm chat gifts, etc.
Set your goal for this week! Breaking down your BIG goals into bite size pieces and then consistently working towards making it happen will make those BIG goals more manageable.
Try taking a couple hours at the beginning/end of each week to do these simple tasks and you’ll find your business will run more smoothly.
